What renovating services do you offer?

We can handle all types of pre-sale renovations inclusive of kitchen & bathroom remodels, painting, flooring, countertops, tile installation, foundation repair, roof replacement, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, window replacement, siding, landscaping, and many other home pre-sale services that are required to get the house move-in ready.

Do I have to move out while my property is being remodeled?

Generally, you don’t need to evacuate to a new area while your house is under renovations. Our professionals work strategically to minimize disturbance to the rest of your house. If I wanted to sell my property as-is, can you provide me with a cash offer?

Absolutely. We can provide you with a 100% cash offer for your home in as-is condition and close in as a little as one week.

Are there any fees, hidden, or interest charges in the final invoice?

We do not charge finance charges, interest, nor are there any hidden fees.  We only charge clients for renovation work, just like an ordinary contractor. The only difference is that we do not charge you upfront, and the entire cost is deferred until closing.

How long does an Angel Program renovation take?

That’s a great question. The turnaround time is contingent upon the scope of work that is being performed. On average we can do a light renovation within two weeks, more labor intense renovations are typically done in 4-6 weeks.  We provide you with a detailed timeline turnaround so that you can always plan accordingly.

Will you provide me with a schedule?

Yes, we do provide you with a timeline and schedule related to the project. We will also do our best to accommodate your schedule if you will occupy the home as the renovations are being performed.

I need to sell my property fast; can you work in emergencies?

We usually do cater to emergency requirements, but it might be impossible to accelerate schedules in some cases. If you are on a tight deadline and urgently need our services, we recommend getting in touch with our support staff before initiating the booking process.

Where is your office?

Our home office is located at 14860 Montfort Dr. Ste 210 Dallas, Texas.  However, we do plan to expand our services in other states and cities in the future.
