How Does It Work?

• Step 1 – Just tell us about your project – Quick, Easy, & Free. Leave the design, material, and upgrades of your property to our experts and professionals.
• Step 2 – Next, we will set up an in-house or Zoom meeting (depending on the homeowners’ preference) to walk the property and put together a scope of work.
• Step 3 – Then, we will put together a turnkey proposal that will breakdown the scope of work, timelines, and the additional profit the homeowner will make after the home sales.
• Step 4 – Once the proposal is accepted, the homeowner will receive documents to sign to start the renovation process.
• Step 5 – Our General Contractor will manage the project carefully and keep the realtor and seller updated throughout the process.
• Step 6 – Once the project is complete, the home will be listed with the realtor on the open market for sale. Once the sale is completed, then Platinum Homes Corporation will be paid closing.
